Navasota, TX Pier and Beam foundation repair. The new homeowner negotiated this repair in the buying process.

Cypress, TX Staircase Remodel. The pony walls were removed from the cat walk and entrance stairs and replaced with this beautiful iron railing.
Concrete Foundation Repair
Rosenberg, TX Concrete Foundation Repair. Piers were added under the concrete foundation in order to close this gap.
House Demolition
Jersey Village, TX Full House Demolition. This house had fire damage and the owner had no choice but to demolition the house down to the concrete foundation.

South Houston, TX Remodel Project. After having their foundation repaired these Houston homeowners decided to remodel their house as well.
